The Academic Medical Centre (ACM) of the University of Amsterdam is an academic hospital. The ACM Bioinformatics Laboratory is currently engaged in research projects that comprise the development of novel data analysis methods for microarrays, the development of pathway knowledgebases and the implementation and analysis of transcriptome maps. The centre is seeking partners with sound experience in bioinformatics, knowledgebases, transcriptome maps and microarrays to set up a project under the 'Life sciences, genomics and biotechnology for health' or the 'New and Emerging Science and Technology' (NEST) priority of the Sixth Framework Programme (FP6).
